How the pathway is discussed
Preclinical papers discuss nitric-oxide signalling, angiogenesis, fibroblast activity and interactions with pathways involved in mucosal and connective-tissue repair. Those mechanisms offer testable hypotheses; they do not prove that a vial produces a therapeutic outcome.
Where interpretation gets difficult
BPC-157 is sometimes described online as a universal healing peptide. That description is not supported by large, controlled human trials. Results from a rodent tendon or gastric model cannot be assumed to predict human injury recovery.
