Quantum Peptides vs The Peptide Labs: COA Transparency Compared

A fair comparison of Quantum Peptides and The Peptide Labs — both test with independent Canadian labs, so the honest difference comes down to one line on the certificate: the lot number.

Full disclosure: this comparison is published by Quantum Peptides, so we’re not a neutral party — we have an interest in you choosing us. To keep it fair, every The Peptide Labs detail below reflects only what The Peptide Labs states on its own website (checked 18 August 2026), and where something isn’t stated we say ‘not publicly disclosed’ rather than assume the worst. Verify both of us before you buy.

The seven questions, side by side

These are the questions we publish on our own COA page and invite every buyer to ask any supplier. (We recently split the old vial question in two — a lot number and printed dates are separate promises, and suppliers deserve separate credit for each.)

The seven questions Quantum Peptides The Peptide Labs
Do you have a valid Certificate of Analysis? ✓ YesDownloadable per-lot COA before purchase ✓ YesTestides reports published — including a photo of the tested product
What date was the testing done? ✓ YesTest date on every certificate — current-lot COAs ✓ YesDated reports
Does the COA match the lot that you received? ✓ YesLot-matched — the lot number on your vial appears on its certificate ✗ NoThe Testides COA we reviewed lists “Lot Number: N/A” — nothing ties the report to your vial
Is there a lot number on the vial that ties back to that COA? ✓ YesLot number printed on every vial — Not publicly disclosed
Are the manufacturing and expiry dates printed on the vial? ✓ YesManufacturing & expiry dates printed on every vial — Not publicly disclosed
Where was the test done — in Canada or otherwise? ✓ YesIndependent lab testing in Canada (British Columbia & Alberta) ✓ YesTestides — an independent analytical service in Ontario (not ISO 17025-accredited)
Can I view the test results for my specific product on the testing facility’s own website? ✓ YesPublic COA lookup on the lab’s own site — no login needed ✓ YesTestides offers an order lookup on its own site

✓ Yes = stated on the vendor’s own site (or confirmed on a vial we purchased) · Partial = some of it · ✗ No = checked and absent · — = not stated at review (18 Aug 2026).

Vial → Certificate → Lab. We are not aware of another Canadian supplier that does all three: prints the lot number, manufacturing date and expiry on the vial, runs testing in Canada, and lets you verify that result on the testing lab’s own website. Break any link in that chain and “third-party tested” stops meaning anything.

TRACEABLE lot # on the vialCANADIAN tested in CanadaVERIFIABLE check it at the lab
Lot-Matched COA — Each vial’s Certificate of Analysis traces directly to its production batch. The lot number matches — traceable, verifiable, yours to confirm. That is the standard every row above is really testing: not “is there a lab report somewhere,” but “does the report belong to the vial in your hand.”
Beyond the seven questions. We also randomly select samples from each supplier order for independent endotoxin testing and heavy-metal screening. Our latest sampled lots — Retatrutide 10mg, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin 10mg and HCG 10,000 IU — reported both as not detected within the tests’ detection limits, with the reports published in our COA library. It’s a sampling program, not per-vial testing — and we say so, because that’s the standard this page holds everyone to.

A fair read on The Peptide Labs

The Peptide Labs runs one of the stronger documentation programs among Canadian suppliers. Their certificates come from Testides, an independent analytical service in Ontario — so the testing is done in Canada — the reports are dated, they include a photo of the tested product (a nice touch few suppliers match), and Testides offers an order lookup on its own site, which we confirmed works. That puts them ahead of most of the market, and we say so in our ranking.

The gap is a single line on the certificate, and it’s the line that matters most. The Testides COA we reviewed reads “Lot Number: N/A.” A certificate with no lot number describes a sample — not your vial. However good the lab work is, the chain from the vial in your hand to that report is open: there is no number on the certificate for a vial to match, and no disclosed lot numbering or dating on the vials themselves.

Every Quantum vial carries its lot number, manufacturing date and expiry, and that lot number appears on its certificate from an independent Canadian lab, checkable on the lab’s public COA lookup. Same country, same independence — the difference is that our paper trail starts at your vial.

Our facts for The Peptide Labs were verified on 18 August 2026; in October 2026 their site blocked automated review, so details may have changed — check their current pages before you decide.

Frequently asked questions

Is The Peptide Labs legit?
The Peptide Labs publishes dated certificates from Testides, an independent analytical service in Ontario, with a photo of the tested product, and Testides offers an order lookup on its own site. That’s a real, Canadian verification trail. The gap at our review (18 August 2026): the COA we examined listed “Lot Number: N/A,” so the certificate cannot be matched to a specific vial.
Who tests The Peptide Labs’ products?
Testides, an independent analytical data service based in Ontario, Canada (not ISO 17025-accredited). Reports include a product photo and can be looked up on Testides’ own site by order number.
What’s the difference between Quantum Peptides and The Peptide Labs?
Both use independent Canadian testing — rare in this market. The difference is lot matching: every Quantum vial carries a lot number, manufacturing date and expiry, and the same lot number appears on its certificate. The Peptide Labs COA we reviewed listed “Lot Number: N/A,” and no vial lot scheme is disclosed, so a buyer can’t tie a given vial to a given report.
