Epitalon (also spelled Epithalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) developed from the pineal peptide epithalamin. It is one of the most cited compounds in longevity research, studied for telomerase activation, melatonin and circadian-rhythm regulation, and cellular-aging pathways.
