KLOW 80 — four-component research peptide blend
KLOW combines four widely studied research peptides in one lyophilized vial: BPC-157 (a synthetic pentadecapeptide from the body-protection-compound literature), TB-500 (a thymosin beta-4 fragment), GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1), and KPV (a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH). The blend name is the ingredient set: KLOW is GLOW’s three components plus KPV.
Research areas by component (in-vitro and preclinical models):
- BPC-157 — studied in models of tendon, ligament, and gastrointestinal tissue repair.
- TB-500 — investigated for actin regulation, cell migration, and tissue-remodelling pathways.
- GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide) — examined in collagen-synthesis, wound-model, and skin-matrix research.
- KPV — researched for anti-inflammatory signalling (NF-κB pathway) and gut-mucosa models.
